Chris has helped plan all sorts of trips, with an emphasis on visiting Disney Parks. For a birthday trip to Walt Disney World she told them of the celebration and I received an upgraded room -- a nice, unexpected thrill! And, she planned a trip to Disneyland that was smooth and convenient, all the way from airport transfers, local transportation, and a great hotel. I visit WDW frequently and she always manages to find a room that fits that trip's plans, including searching Florida resident and passholder opportunities.
